We owned and ran a middle size business for 20 years in Lucerne, Switzerland, which we sold in 2017 to one of our largest competitors after nineteen years of consistent and steady growth. We have a great deal of expertise in the area of business and can advise and assist small businesses (one to ten people companies) with any aspects of running and managing a business.

Our management consultancy services are workshop based, and very hands on. We conduct an initial needs analysis to find out exactly where you are stuck; prepare a workshop tailor-made for you and your business, deliver the workshop to ensure that you are getting practical experience and delivery, and then follow up with a review of the adjustments suggested and implemented.

Our workshops are all based on a price of CHF 250.00 per hour and a minimum length of 2 hours. We always require an NDA from our clients, so that security and confidentiality of a client’s business, information and documentation are guaranteed.
